How to reset Alcatel TRU


1. Turn off the device

2. Press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button.

3. When Alcatel logo appear, release the Power button ONLY.

4. Using Volume Down button to highlight 'wipe date / factory reset'

5. Press Power button to select.

6. Choose 'Yes -- delete all user date' to reset.

7. Choose 'reboot system now' to restart the phone.
