Tech Story

1. Turn off the device. 2. First, press and hold just the Power button for 1-2 seconds, then quickly press and hold the Volume Up button. 3. Continue to hold both buttons until the Select Boot mode screen displays. 4. Press Volume Up to cycle through the options and point to Recovery Mode. 5. Press Volume Down to select. 6. An android laying down with a yellow triangle will appear. 7. Press and release the Volume Up and Power keys at the same time. 8. Android system recovery will appear. 9. Press Volume Down to highlight wipe data/factory reset. 10. Press the Power key to select. 11. Press Volume Down to highlight Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted. 12. Press the Power key to select. 13. Select reboot system now to restart the phone.

1. Turn off the device.  2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Home button,  then press and hold the Power button. 3. When the Android logo appears, release all buttons. 4. Use the Volume button to highlight 'wipe data / factory reset', then press the Power button to select. 5. Use the Volume button to highlight 'Yes -- delete all user data', then press the Power button to select. 6. When reset is down, highlight 'Reboot system now', then press the Power button to restart the phone.

When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the Power button  while continuing to hold the Volume down button. 4. When 'Factory data reset' appear,  use the Volume down button to highlight 'Yes', then press Power button to select. 5.  When 'Erase all user data and restore default setting' appears, use the Volume down button to highlight 'Yes', the press Power button to select. 6. The phone will restart with reset.

When the android logo appear, release the Volume Up and Home button. 5. Use the Volume button to highlights 'wipe data / factory reset',  then press Power button to select. 6. Use the Volume button to highlights 'Yes -- delete all user data', then press Power button to select. 7. Use the Volume button to highlights 'Reboot system now', then press Power button to select.

1. Turn off the deivce. 2. Press and hold the Power, Volume Up and Home buttons. 3. When Recovery mode appear,  use the Volume keys to navigate and Power button to select an option. 4. Select 'wipe data factory reset' to hard reset. 5. Select 'reboot system now' to restart the phone. ★ If you want to clear app data cache too, choose 'wipe cache partition'
