How to reset Alcatel FIERCE 4



1. Turn off the device.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up + Volume Down and Power button. 

3. When Alcatel logo appears, release the Power button.

4. The device should enter to Recovery Mode.

5. Using Volume down to highlight 'Wipe data / Factory reset' and press Power button.

6. Choose 'Yes -- delete all user data'

7. Choose 'reboot system now'
